Indian Cricket League (ICL) on Monday filed a statement of claims before the arbiter, seeking damages of Rs 4 crore from Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Yousuf for alleged breach of contract.
Yousuf had signed up for the rebel league’s T20 championship which concluded earlier this month in Chandigarh, but later backed out. ICL took the dispute to the arbiter, B P Saraf, a retired High Court judge.
Yousuf was not present before the arbiter, but his lawyers sent an application from Pakistan seeking time. The hearing has been adjourned till January 28.

PCB should come forward to defend Muhammad Yousaf. He broke with the Indian league at the request of PCB.

My point of view is quite different of the said friend. The newly mullah must never go against the contract he has signed. Religion never teaches treachrey.
Tableeghee’s,however do practice dogmas, but never practice ethics-work ethics. Religion teaches us compation, firm stand on word and fulfilment of promise. Yousuf must distance himself from mullahas and religious fanatics-practice work ethics.
As he has signed willingly with the ICL,he must go ahead with that. He should have been thought before signing the contract. Lastly Yousuf must focus his all attention towards cricket since he is a professional cricketer. Tableeghi group has no future nor they practice ethics, instead they have vested interests. They have never grasped the soul of religion and never preach ethics.
Had there not been fanatic like Saeed Aanwar there would not have been Tableeghees.
PCB has been souranded by religious fanatics and Tableeghee thugs. All of us must understand the mentality of Tableeghee group.
Tableegee’s would never talk against injustice, poverty, prevailing intolerance, unequal distrubution of wealth etc. They have besiged our religion for the last 1400 years. Yousuf though embraced Islam, but must understand the esoteric and spiritual aspect of it. Attending congregations would would over shadow the hidden meaning of the religion.
So Yousuf must pay the penality. Since he has signed the contract he is abide to compansat that.

Yousuf must apologize from ICL
Either he should pay ICL Rs.4000000
or else he must plau according to the contract he made with ICl.

Muhammad Yousuf is a good man and I think he will act as per the law and will pay the penalty if he that’s the right way to go…
