Considering that the Government of Pakistan has been quite active in issuing eviction notices to all the freshly retired government employees more specifically targeting the judges who stood up and refused to take oath to the illegal PCO enforced on Nov 3rd of last year. Granted a retired personnel must soon vacate the official residence but some how the bureaucracy seems to turn a blind eye to our very own President who was also retired from active duty last year and now is officially a ranked as a Retired General in the Pakistan Army but ironically he still chooses to live in the luxurious Army House which he has enjoyed for the past many years.

Its about time we as the people of Pakistan would like to issue him an eviction notice to also vacate his official residence, and herewith attached is a notice by the Executive Engineer of the Army House

Pakistan is for army and army is for Pakistan. A country where militry generals terrorise others-intimidate judges and threat with dire conswquences. Where geneals besige the supreme country and put the judges under house arrest. Who would challange the notorious geneals who tear the constitution apart? Musharraf, a general believe in use of force, intimidation and threat would order the chief justice of Pakistan, since he does not believe in rule of law-since he comes first. The chief justice of Pakistan is the victim of his wrath. He has lost his conscious and soul he would terrorise judges, lawyers and journalists. Only death could prevent him from issuing such nasty orders.

Musharraf is not the first Army General to have criminally usurped and deprived the people of Pakistan their inalienable and democratic rights and along the lines of his erstwhile Generals, committed acts of high treason which is punishable by death according to Article 6 of the original 1973 Constitution of Pakistan. However Musharraf through his actions proved to be most insensitive, incompetent and callous commander who has always looked at gratification for his own person, brought armed forces to disrepute and played havoc with Pakistan’ ambition of journey for true democracy, rule of law. His singular actions of suspending CJ Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry in March 2007, targeted killings of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti, Nawab Marri and other political opponents, mishandling of judicial crises, blood bath in Karachi on 12th May 2007 and again on 18th October 2007, proclamation of infamous emergency & Martial law plus, curbs on independent media, arrests and victimisation of judges and lawyers, especially Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan and others on 3rd November 2007 is highly and strongly condemnable.

Pakistan’s integrity and its very foundations convulsed once again after 4th of April 1979 on the blackest day of 27th December 2007 after the tragic assassination of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed, its most brilliant political leader of international stature, who was a genuine hope for strengthening the integrity and its federating units and future march to undiluted democracy. The assassination of Mohtarma Bhutto appears to be very much a carefully crafted conspiracy, having links with establishment, with which Musharraf is part and parcel. The government’s creation of confusion and media handling, after the tragic death of Ms Bhutto and absence of its writ in Sindh and Punjab which led to chaos, looting and large scale loss to nation’s resources is clear and open example that Musharraf and his bedfellows and cohorts are totally and grossly incapable of running the country. In fact, reading the writing on the wall, they should have resigned, much earlier to pave the way for return to genuine democracy through impartial elections.

As the millions of poor men, women and youth were mourning the tragic murder of Mohtarma, the people were given yet another gift of hardships and hunger in the form of flour crises, after crises of gas, electricity and sugar.

One General (Zia ul Haq) so much feared the name of Bhutto or his PPP that he put hundreds and thousands of PPP workers and leaders behind bars and sent many to gallows. He sowed the seeds of country’s fragmentation by executing Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Musharraf has acted as perpetrator of anti people and anti democracy policies and hurled a deadly blow (famous mukka) to stab and disable the institution of superior judiciary and later presiding the helm of affairs of the country in which its most famous and loved leader was brutally assassinated. It is not just a matter of Musharraf vacating the Army House but also to offer himself for accountability for being directly and indirectly involved in most heinous crimes which have brought our beloved country, Pakistan closer to dismemberment. Musharraf, PLEASE GO NOW, AS IT MAY BE TOO LATE, Go, before people of Pakistan rise and peoples’ revolution flushes you and your companions in crime out of your majestic villas and hold you publicly accountable for all your crimes.

Musharraf came to Pakistan in a time of need. The political party administrations before him were to concerned with their own self-serving interests, and too busy playing a game Tom & Jerry with one another! Don’t forget the time when the word ‘corruption’ was the only word that came to mind when anyone mentioned the Government of the day!

Now we complain that Musharraf came for his own interests! He is tough, resilient and has helped Pakistan in a number of comprimising situations. I, as a Pakistani, am grateful to Mr Musharraf and hope he is involved in Pakistan for as long as possible. A man who is not concerned with political parties, dynasties, mansions, swiss bank accounts or lavish lifestyles. A man who is primarily concerned with the interest of Pakistan. A man who has fought for Pakistan. A man who before taking lead of Pakistan was in the front line for Pakistan in the army. A man who lay down his life for Pakistan in the army, and after, as leader of the country and President of Pakistan.

    BTW: LMAO @
    4. Mr George Bush - Chief Executive of Pakistan :-)))

Musharraf indeed needs to be given credit for 2000. Both NS and BB had lost it - we were doomed if they were to stay any longer.
That however does not excuse Musharraf and for all that he’s done over the last few years. He’s had a stable govt for a good 7 out of 8 years. What did he achieve? Army’s realestate and other commercial activities have ‘giga-troupled’. The idiots in khaki think they’re businessmen & bureaucrats & leaders. Look at what a mess they’ve created. No electricity, no gas, no law & order, no wheat, cartels running around everywhere.
If this is progress, than I be dammed. We should send home everyone from brigadier and up and downsize the army by 50%

All generals, whether retired or serving have the same tendecy to threat and intimidate. General (R) Hamid Nawaz the interior minister use the same language Musharraf uses. These generals, never believe ethics and morality are adamant to put the Chief Justice of Pakistan under house arrest and issue show cause noticies to them. This shows a kind of chauvanism and fatalism. They when acqiure education at Kakula or other institutes learn to destory, intimidate, plunder and ruin. Ethics does not exist in their dictionary. Islam in the dictionary of Zia was to spread religious extremism, fanaticism, redicalism,Muhallahism and hypocritism. He believed that drugs,CIA/MOSAD jihad would bring good repute to Islam and Muslims. He was of the view that Islam, a religion of peace should be distorted at the behast of state department and to spread venom of hatred and Klashankov. He had a dream to bring maxim damage to the counrty-to destablise Jinnah’s Pakistan to please Jewish lobby and American Neo-Cons.
Now Musharraf has the same agenda;to destroy judiciary,to put the brave under house arrest,to silence the judiciary and create terror, panic and choas. To send suicide bombers to terrorise the massess,to consolidate himself at the expence of human blood. His fellow generals too have the same agenda. Thats way he has not yet vocated the army house. It shows that he has the full support of his fellow generals.
General Kiyani too, though has asked his officers to distance themselves politician has not asked Musharraf to release the depose Chief Justice of Pakistan. Instead he is under strict survielnce of ISI and MI-surrounded by numerous agents-placed jammers and cut the phone line. He is not a suicide bomber nor follower of OBL to create havoc. He is the voice of the downtrodden and poor people fancing the wrath of generals.
Surely he would face more noticies and threats from the generals. By God willing he would be victorious.
