Letter from the Daughter of CJ Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry

“I am a proud child“

This letter is for all the Judges who refused to take oath under PCO and who happen to be my uncles as well. I had never thought that one day I will have to convey my message to you people like this, through this mode but we know things are not smooth as they had been and it is one of our testing times.

This might be one of the crucial times we are facing but we should be proud that Allah chose us to sacrifice for this country. Yes it is indeed a sacrifice which we have to bequeath, not for ourselves but for this country. Ever since I opened my eyes I have seen my father affiliated with judiciary and now it is like a part of our lives. Our life is like a tree and judiciary is one of its branch. We have grown up with this branch and we cannot let anybody slice it. If we will not protect it then who else?

We may not be allowed to attend our schools or universities, we may have got our mobile phones blocked, we may not be allowed to meet anyone or go out, we may be kept in our homes like prisoners, we might be treated like militants or terrorists but WE DO NOT CARE, because it’s a time of sacrifice and we have to do it.

We are proud to have elders like you who have made us proud. You people have made our lives, not only for us but for our next generations as well. We will feel proud to tell our youngsters that our elders did not succumb to any kind of pressure no matter how hard things were around them. We will always walk with our heads high and our hearts filled with pride. Thank you so much for giving this immortal gift to us.

I hope all of you are in best of your health and would read this letter. Love you all.

    your father is the man making the history.he lives in our hearts.today the 10th of moharram reminds me that the extraordinary sacrifice of ur father is the continuation of the mission “jihad against the evil,however powerful”.he has the prayers of the entire nation,which would have been answered if we did not have “the mir jaffar and mir saddiq” in the opposition today, such as fazl ur rehman,whom i refuse to call maulana..

    your father is a living hero,i hope n pray very hard that may he live very long and his persevarance never die and that he competes on grounds of his faith and innosence.
    even if he does not win agaist this tyrant dictator,his struggle will always live…but i have full faith that he will inshAllah win and this crisis will end in victory for ur father and for Pakistan.

    What sacrifices are you talking about? Your father is 0ne of the judges who previously took oath ‘under rthe PCO’ and gave Musharraf three years in the beginning!
    Besides, have you ever considered the charges levelled by President Musharraf against your father when he was the chief justice?
    The harsh fact is that the charges levelled againt Iftikhar Chaudhry were never repeat never even considered by the courts or they were never allowed by the defensae lawyers to be considered?

    The Pakistani nation is proud of such a brave Chief Justice. We love our great Cheif Justice of all time. YAZID Musharraf has become the symbol of hate. He is the SATAN of the 21st century-Devil of the day. His merciless associate generals too a part of the YAZIDI caravan.
    Generals have lost all their prestige and respect in the eyes of the nation. They can no longer detain our beloved Chief Justice for a long time. Our Chief Justice is the symbol of pride,hope and better future. Generals on the other hand are they symbol of hate. They are the agents of the ZIONISTS and usupers. Their defeat has been recored in the cosmic text.
    By God willing thier safe house GHQ, the place of hate would be wiped off soon Inshallah.

    Please dont feel that you and your family are going through this hardhsip alone, this is the time that i can assure you, that the whole nation is wid you and your father, Your father is the main ambassador to judiciary in Pak. and we cannot afford to let it go like this.
    I can say this on behalf of all the Overseas Pakistanis that reside abroad, that although we live outside Pakistan but our full moral support is with your father and Pakistani judiciary which will not bow its head down against Pervez Musharraf’s constituion.

    Dear Pinky..
    your father (CJ Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Ch.) and his all friends who not taken “Oath of Musharaf” are on the right way. The CJ Iftikhar M. Ch. is the real CJ of pakistan.

    i am praying for his restoration.. Insha Allah success will be us.
