A picture is worth a thousand words

Chief of Army Staff Gen Ashfaq Kayani and President (retired Gen and former COAS) Pervez Musharraf sit together during the missile training launch of Ghauri (Hatf V). According to analysts, their postures and body languages indicate “all’s not well” between the two. It has been reliably learnt that while President Musharraf was on his overseas tour last week, Gen Kayani had had more than one meeting with a select group of anti-Musharraf journalists at his GHQ in Rawalpindi. He told them, “Feb 18 elections are crucial” for the country.

The image shows a gloomy picture between the sitting COAS and his predecessor. The former general who was for a nine day trip to Europe for image building back with embarassement,empty handed. He as the head of state crossed all limits and distributed a malacious 15 page document agaist the all time prestigious Cheif Justice of Pakistan among the British journalists. He himself being the head of poor state booked an expensive and luxurous hotel hotel 13000 UK pound per day. What a great joke he is playing with the nation. He has not only tarnished the image of Pakistan,but the nation as whole and the army too. The western media portrayed him as a man who does not believe in moral values and ethics;who can cross all the limits to defend himself. The ultimate victim is the army and the institution.

If this is the scenario then the army never tolerate to distort its image by the former general. The general who is taking his last breath.
Kiyani would definitely distance himself from a very unkind and unpopular general who has lost his conscious and temper. Who is the sole responsible for the current hatred wave for the army accross Pakistan.

Yes there is going to be a change within couple days. Storm ………hurricane or what else. But change is permanant phenomenon.

…a bunch of BS! thats all I can say: Kiyani is my cousin and he has the utmost respect for Musharraf …. The Army is no longer involved in the day to day running of the country…if Musharraf goes so does kiyani …so lets talk real & not facts from only grandma’s Diary…most disgusted.

… furthermore it should not worry people like the you as the country has already selected their new leaders…so I suggest you should be covering them now.
