The national and provincial elections have been successfully held in Pakistan on 18th February 2008 and the elections have been duly notified by the Election Commission.
The Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian and the Nawaz Muslim League have come out as the two biggest winners in the Centre while a different party has taken the lead in each of the four provinces; the previously ruling PML-Q has come out as third best in the national elections. No government, either at the Center or in the provinces has yet been formed.
But the prices of atta, petrol and diesel and other essential items continue to go on the rise regardless of which sort or which government comes to power.
The PPPP is trying to form a broad-based government at the Centre.
The PML-N has said that it will help set up the government at the Centre but will not accept any ministerial portfolio. In return it expects the PPPP, as the TV Channels are reporting, to let it form the government and distribute the ministries as it deems fit in Punjab province where the PML-N has gained the majority seats.
The PML-N seems to have accepted PPPP’s objective and realistic stand that the matter of the restoration of the deposed judges be addressed through the parliament, when it comes into being although restoring the deposed judges forthwith was its main call during its election campaign.
The PML-N leader Chaudhry Nisar has vowed that the MNAs elect will take oath of their office ‘under the 1973’ constitution. Let it be noted that there is no difference whatsoever in the text prescribed for new MNAs in the constitution that is presently current; in other words, the two oaths – the one in the current constitution and that is contained in the 1973 constitution are the same, word to word.
The above important points have been noted for the record.

Are you insane or much more than that. You like these political mules and pray for the betterment through their hands. Is is realy possible?! It’s funny thing if it’s looked around quite nearer.
