After keeping the 83-year-old father-in-law of the deposed chief justice of Pakistan waiting for five hours and then allowing him to meet his daughter and grand children for only 10 minutes on Sunday, the law enforcement agencies did not let the sister-in-law of Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to see the detained justice’s family on Monday.
Sameera Marri, the sister-in-law of Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and the only relative of the detained judge in Islamabad, tried to visit the detainees in the judges’ enclave at the request of her nephew and nieces but was asked to provide a birth certificate as proof of being a real sister of the detained wife of the deposed chief justice of Pakistan.
“Since November 3, I had only telephonic conversation with my sister and her children and when I tried to meet them I was stopped while the government claims that the CJ is not under confinement”, Sameera told The News, adding: “The CJ’s house is full of children, mainly girls and how can one leave everything upon the servants, how the innocent children will cope with the heavy deployment of police outside their home.” She said if the government was sincere in releasing the family of chief justice of Pakistan then why she and the other people were not being allowed to meet with the chief justice and his family.
“We are the one who are at the receiving end and who are suffering the atrocities of the situation created by the government and if we are not given the permission to meet our nephews and nieces then why the government claims that Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is not under detention,” said the sister-in-law of the deposed chief justice. “A seven-year-old child and a 14-year-old girl is under detention since last four months and we talk to them only via telephones and we know how many telephones have been disconnected since November 3, 2007.”
The determined lady said the schoolgoing children have been denied the basic right to go to their schools and if the government wants so then the detained family should be allowed to meet their relatives but the government would not let it happen. She said the motive behind keeping the justice’s family in isolation was nothing but to bow the determined judge in front a dictator.
SSP Islamabad Sayed Kaleem Imam when approached by The News at the spot on cell phone, said the chief justice was free and his family members were also free to meet him and when this correspondent gave his cell phone to Sameera Marri, the SSP Islamabad told her that he had conveyed to the Magistrate on Duty, Rana Shaukat Hayat that she was free to meet Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
But Rana Shaukat Hayat was not present at the spot. When SSP Islamabad Sayed Kaleem Imam was again approached by this correspondent he said Rana Shaukat Hayat has been conveyed the directions and would reach the spot soon. But the Magistrate on Duty never reached at the spot till the police opened shelling on the mob that tried to meet Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

The world has never witnessed such a naked,barbaric and inhuman act shown by IBLESS Musharraf and his colleague generals. These merciless generals summoned the the great Chief Justice of Pakistan in army house and detained him for hours untill the job was finished. But the brave judge repulsed every attack by the off springs of IBEES and YAZIDs residing inside GHQ. He was asked to resign,but by God willing he stood firm and the generals had to bog down. If someone does not believe in ethics,rule of law and humanity-does not abide the constitition we can expect anything from him. IBLEES Musharraf,a hard core commando,coward,meciless and conspirator is doing what he was trained during tenure in Pakistan army. He was probabbly trained in KAKUL to arrest the Chief Justice and familes. He was trained to let terrorist Ghazi brothers,Fazalluah and other notorious groups to roam free and terrorise and keep the Chief Justice of Pakistan in confinement. He has learnt what his predecessors YAZID,Aurangzeb and IBLEES Zia did. These personalities are a role model for him. IBLEES Zia trained his son to release the Top terrorist Ghazi . He was off the view that constitution is a peace of paper it can be tear apart.
The IBLEESI act Musharraf has shown is a black spot on the face of this nation. Imagine the Chief Justice of Pakistan is beging for justice. IBLEES Musharraf has insulted the whole nation during his European tour.He distributed hatred material against the great Chief Justice of Pakistan,but the whole world laughed at him.
IBLEES Musharraf and his generals have not learned a single lesson from history. They have not learned from their mistakes. It seems,I believe that IBLEES Musharraf is going to have the same fate as his predecessor IBLEES Zia met. ZIA,the fanatic of all times went straigt along with his merciless generals to hell. Musharraf, a criminal of 21st century would eventually,Inshallah meet the same fate. The long arm of Almighty will strike soon.
He has lost the war-he has lost his conscious and mind. He is the most hated person in this country after Zia.

Dare to raise your voice for the inevitable socio-political change in Pakistan, to empower the Pakistani , the country belongs to.
Since the creation of Pakistan the Pakistani people are left at distant from the corridor of power so that the ruling elite can do what they wanted to do in favour of their interest, leaving the Pakistani people at the mercy of circumstances. As this policy is denial of right of Pakistani people to rule their country according to their aspiration and desire to built this country, which can provide equal opportunity to all without any discrimination for the establishment of welfare society. Only the society base on tolerance, equality and justice can be the real guarantee for the prosperous and strong Pakistan there for your intention is invited to the crucial movement which could be the point of distraction or disaster.
We have already lost the major part of Pakistan in 1971 simply to save the centralised sole power to exploit this country by the ruling elite they let the country break in part then allowing the masses to rule this country democratically. In the present circumstances we are again dragging our sovereignty at stake for the external interest in the name of national interest, instead of our interest i.e. the interest of Pakistani people at large. Mr.Musharaf is not a problem nor the restoration of chief justice will make any difference but it is the prevailing socio-political system (where in transparency and accountability can not be established) responsible for all this mess need to be change for prosperity of Pakistani otherwise exploitation and injustice will continue to exist in one form or the other. Pakistani are deprived from their right to rule this country since last 60 years.
The only way out of these crucial circumstances is to empower the common Pakistani at grass route level i.e. the change of system. This change is inevitable for the prosperous Pakistan .As a citizen of this country I have try to provide an alternate socio-political system to empower the masses at grass route level for rapid industrial and agriculture development with transparency and accountability in the system. Along with basic guarantees for the creation of welfare state, where in public representative and institution shall be answerable and accountable to the masses.
