It is undoubtful to say that free judiciary is the backbone of Democracy. In order to get free Judiciary there is urgent need to completely overahaul the judicial system. In today Judiciary there is no need to hire the services of Lawyer. Pay more and hire the Judge and you will be 100% sure to get decision in your favour. This is very bitter truth of our Judicial System. One day a Court representative ( Piyada) came to get signature on summon when I was Lecturer in Barani Agriculture University. I ask him if there is any Judge Honest in Whole rawalpindi Court. He without hesitation told me that there is one Judge. He told me his name Mujahid. I don’t know him and I have never saw him in my life. This is the truth of the day. I request new government to not only reinstate the deposed Judges but flush the dirt under the arms of Judiciary. I support Lawyer movement to restore the Judges but where are Lawyers who work to provide justice cheaply to the poors. Lawyers should also provide their services cheaply to atleast very poor sections of the society. Lawyers should make a lawyer Forum. Which should make it compulsory for every Lawyer to contest at least one Case per month for very poors. From that Forum data should be available for every Lawyer and his fee structure for different cases. There should be like bidding for cases on the behalf of all Lawyers. Then Common man can choose as per his capacity to pay. But this is not in the interest of the Lawyers. This is for the betterment of the general public who has no Forum and can not be united. I request all the Lawyer Community to Play your part in the betterment of this society.

I request Aitzaz Ahsan to run a movement in favour of provision of speedy and cheap Justice to every citizen of Pakistan. Politics is politics and service is welfare.
