A lot has been said about democracy for the developed world; a system suppose to power the people of the country to live their life as they want by electing the write people for the write jobs. Any one could enroll himself to be the person of the elected representative. A person once elected will serve the public by by making choice for them. theoretically right, practically a difficult thing to swallow.

A simple election campaign can easily be turned to be cost a 10-20million per candidate depending how much compitition he has in his area. eg. 4-5 million is the cost for buying a ticket for a politically party; there are several other cost that is difficult to assume (security, bullying etc). And even after all those investment the recovery can only be assumed to be started when you actually have won the election. Such a riskier investment would certainly have a good return.

In develop countries these investment are financed by big companies as good gesture for the people for the country. You would like to believe that they don’t have their own motives behind it but alas those big companies have invested large amounts in the campaign which if they win will bring huge profits to their companies.
