JOIN THE GROUP - ‘RESTORE THE JUDICIARY IN PAKISTAN AND LET US GET RID OF MUSHARRAF AT ONCE..’- ON FACEBOOK
After the failure of talks between Zardari and Nawaz Sharif, it is certain that to restore the judges people have to come on the streets and register their protests.
Zardari has shown his true colour and has proved that he has snatched the title which PML Q had previously -ESTABLISHMENT’S ‘A’ TEAM.
Just imagine, today its the judges who lost their jobs and were forced to stay at their homes. The reason ?
BECAUSE THEY DARED TO STAND AGAINST THE MILITARY REGIME.
Tommorow, it can be me you or anyone who could face the same consequences only because we did our job honestly or stood for our rights.
This is OUR PAKISTAN and it belongs to each and every citizen of our country. Thus I request, highly motivated people to join this group and make an effort to restore the judiciary.
Let us make history so that no individual dares to play with our rights !
Lets raise our voice and make it heard round the globe..
Lets prove for once and all that we know how to manage our house…
Lets do what we have come for in this world..to stand for justice…
Lets do this and we will succeed INSHALLAH

I am more interested in Food and power. We are suffering because of them and not the judiciary. You people just have one point agenda to get rid of Musharraf. Well it is not important to us. Take care of country’s economic problems and stop this hiterical tirade. If you are true Pakistani than start to think rational and not about few who are already tainted and in my opinion do not deserve my support. Awam is not with you but just the PML(NO) and certain media with superiority complex.

@ PERVEZ and NAJMI
I just have few questions for both of you
Who was ruling Pakistan for the past 9 years ?
Who was making the socio-economic policies including the decision to support US in Afghan war ?
Who was the head of the National Security Council which used to take major decisions regarding major issues?
Who did not took measures to increase the number of dams so that electricity could be generated ?
Who did not take action againts those who were behind the hoarding and smuggling of Wheat ?
Do you think this person/persons accused should be taken to the courts for corruption and mis governance so that he becomes an example for the leaders of the future to not indulge in corruption ?
Before 1999, there were no suicide bombing in Pakistan, after the decision of going into the US side against Afghanistan, Pakistan got this menace in return. Thousands of Pakistanis have lost their lives due to this. Tommorow, it can be you or me who will lose our lives due to this and our families will grieve over it for life. Do you want to punish the person who took the wrong decision on Afghan war for those crying mothers ?
Now, both of you, I am expecting straight foward answers to these questions. The questions are either asking names or asking to answer in yes or no.
So…everyones waiting…hurry up !

wellcome
why u want to know about past 9 years only?
1.war in afghanistan is started in 1999, it was from gen zia time, nawaz sharif also came same time in politics so both of them involve
2. did u ever saw any president explaning to the odinery citizen that why we should built dam.president musharraf didi this.
kala bagh dam project is delayed b,coz of currupt politician ,they just think about their self & family .
3.for smugllers of wheat ,sugar&heroin simple answer hang them in public but only one problem half of the great politician will be dead so u know now, who is the real culprit behind the innocent drivers.
4.very intresting Q.

5 Abdul Basit Khawaja // May 14, 2008 at 4:08 pm
I am talking abt the US WAR ON AFGHANISTAN.
*ISLAM DOES NOT SAY TO SUPPORT THE ZIONISTS TO MAKE WAR ON MUSLIMS
*KALABAGH DAM WAS NAWAZ SHARIF’S IDEA
*ISLAM HAS THE SHARIAH LAWS IN IT. ONE MAN SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE IS HARAM !
*LOOK WHERE TURKEY IS GOING, FROM AN ISLAMIC STATE TO A SECULAR ONE, THIS IS WHAT ISLAM TEACHES ?
* FOR EXAMPLE, I AM THE PRESIDENT, I KIDNAP YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS. YOU GO TO THE DOGAR COURTS FOR JUSTICE, WILL YOU GET JUSTICE?
NO YOU WONT ! BECAUSE THEY HAVE TAKEN AN OATH NOT TO PROSECUTE THE PRESIDENT.
Najmi, Islam teaches love for each and every muslim. We are paying the price for killing our muslim brethren. Pakistan was made in the name of Islam and today arent we killing the believers of Islam ?
Najmi, please think over once again and comment. Its my honest request.

ALL THE CRISES came in Musharaf’s time, and even if there were problems before Musharaf he was unable to solve them. Then how can he be the hero guys ?!?!!
Wake up…he ruled over Pakistan for the past 9 years and all he has brought in this country is misery.
If any Pakistani does a sin or a crime , should not he be punished ?
IF ANY PAKISTANI loots the money of the people, should not he be punished ?
IF ANY PAKISTANI breaks the law, should not he be punished ?
People please wake up and accept the realities.
This country was made for us, cant we manage it OURSELVES ?
Najmi, Musharaf ne Kalabagh ke liye campaign to ki hogi…magar banaya kya..so wts the difference between Sharif and him ?

8 Abdul Basit Khawaja // May 14, 2008 at 4:46 pm
I know…do u know…?
Do u know there is a majlis-e-amal who decides?
do u know that treasury is not under the cheif..?
do u know how one should lead?
do u know how much a an ameer ul momineen deserve…?
Here this example will help you :-
In most Muslim countries today the ruler and his extended family are some of the wealthiest individuals in the nation and in some instances even the world.
According to the official 2006 Forbes rich list of world leaders, the top three richest leaders are in Muslim countries.
First place is King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia with an estimated wealth of $21 billion. The royal family derives most of its wealth through oil, which represents 45% of the country’s $340 billion GDP.
Second place is the Sultan of Brunei with wealth of $20 billion. This wealth is gained from Brunei’s extensive petroleum and natural gas fields.
Third place is Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, President of the UAE with wealth of $19 billion. Most of his family’s wealth comes from the emirate’s oil wealth; it holds more than 90% of the 2.5 million barrels a day exported from the UAE.
The wealth of all these leaders is derived primarily from the country’s oil and natural resources. In Islam natural resources such as large quantities of oil and gas cannot be owned by private individuals. They are considered public property whose revenues must benefit all the Muslims.
Ibn ‘Abbas narrated that the Prophet (saw) said: “Muslims are partners (associates) in three things: in water, pastures and fire,” reported by Abu Dawud. (Fire here refers to the fire based fuels.)
Unfortunately, a study of most of our leaders today reveals that they treat the country’s state treasury like their own personal bank accounts. Much of their true wealth is siphoned away from the Ummah and hidden offshore in Swiss bank accounts.
Contrary to this, in an islamic caliphate, the lucrative money-making aspect that comes with ruling as in present system, is nullfied.
So how much will the caliph in a future Caliphate get paid?
To answer this question we need to look to the first Khaleefah of Islam Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (ra) and how this was dealt with in his Caliphate.
A short while after Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (ra) was appointed as Khaleefah, Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) and Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah (ra) were walking in Medinah when they met Abu Bakr (ra) carrying garments on his shoulders and going to the marketplace to trade.
Umar asked Abu Bakr, “What are you doing?”
Abu Bakr replied, “I am going to trade.”
Umar said: “After you became responsible for all the Muslims???”
Abu Bakr said, “But I have to feed my family.”
So Umar said, “Lets go and we will pay you an allowance.” [from the state treasury Bait ul-Mal]
Umar and Abu Ubaidah decided to pay Abu Bakr 250 dinars a year and a daily allowance of half a sheep in food.
Some time later Umar was walking in Medinah when he came across a group of women. He asked them “What are you doing?”
They replied, “We are waiting for the Khaleefah.”
Abu Bakr did not turn up for office that day so Umar went searching for him and found him in the marketplace trading again.
Umar grabbed the hand of Abu Bakr and said, “What are you doing?”
Abu Bakr replied, “The allowance you gave me is not enough.”
Umar said, “Fine, we will increase it for you.”
Abu Bakr said, “I want 300 dinars a year and a daily allowance of a whole sheep in food.”
Umar said, “No. We are not going to give you that.”
Imam Ali (ra) intervened and said, “Give it to him.”
Umar said, “You think so?”
Ali replied, “Yes.”
So Umar said, “We agree.”
Abu Bakr then stood on the mimbar in the masjid and called the sahaba. He said, “You have paid me 250 dinars a year and a daily allowance of half a sheep in food, and that wasn’t enough for me. So Umar and Ali have given me an increase to 300 dinars a year and a daily allowance of the whole sheep. Do you agree?”
The sahaba replied, “We agree.”
Points we can take from the above incident are as follows.
Firstly, the Caliph is not an employee who gets paid a wage, since he is not hired by the Ummah. The Khaleefah is given a pledge of allegiance (bay’ah) by the Ummah to implement the Sharia and convey the Islamic Da’wah to the world. Although the Caliph is not paid a wage an allowance is assigned to him from the bait ul-mal to meet his needs. This allowance is a compensation for him since he is kept busy with the obligation of Caliph and cannot work and pursue his own business interests.
This also applies to any of the ruling positions within the Caliphate such as the wulah and mu’awinoon (assistants).
Secondly, ruling is an act of ibadat performed purely for the pleasure of Allah (swt). Therefore the office of Khaleefah should not be viewed as a means of becoming rich and amassing huge wealth as we find the Muslim rulers doing today. The Caliph will be paid an allowance that covers his expenses to a level that he can function comfortably in office and meet his needs.
Thirdly, the Majlis ul-Ummah (Council of the Ummah) will decide through shura how much the Caliph’s allowance should be. They are the elected representatives of the Ummah and giving them the ultimate decision prevents any abuse of the public funds by the Caliph.

DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MUSHARAF HAD SPENT ON HIS EUROPE TRIP DURING
NOVEMBER ?
HE WENT TO MEET LEADERS IN EUROPE BUT HE HAD TO STAY IN HOTELS BECAUSE HE WAS NOT INVITED. DO YOU KNOW HE PAID IT FROM THE NATIONAL RESERVES?
Najmi, read this too :-
According to a corruption watchdog survey I saw on a website, Pakistani public opinion perceived the first and second terms of Musharraf’s administration as respectively more corrupt than the first and second terms of previous administrations led by Bhutto and Sharif, respectively. Pakistani media too have alleged time to time that corruption of the previous governments was replaced by institutionalized corruption of the Pakistan Army, awarding land deeds, such as defense colonies in major cities, and a life of luxury to its ‘loyal’ officers. Musharaf’s government has cost taxpayer’s money hundreds of millions of rupees in order to hire a team of aristocratic lawyers to represent him in the courts. For instance, regarding the privatization of Pakistan Steel, whose worth is around Rupees 600 billion was being sold out for a mere Rupees 20.6 billions, the government had spent Rupees 90 million , with Sharifudin Pirzada-a prominent lawyer- alone hoarding 6.6 million rupees as fees. Another example from several more, Musharraf appointed Saukat Aziz as finance minister during his tenure as the Chief Executive. World powers supported Pakistan financially rescheduling debt to reward Pakistan due to the support it gave in the war on terror which helped in saving hundreds millions of dollars, in addition Musharaf was able to secure new loans. Result - foreign exchange reserves increased exceeding $16 billion in 2006, but at the same time foreign debt hit an all time high topping $40 billion.
IS THIS ENOUGH FOR YOU, OR YOU NEED MORE ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Dare to raise your voice for the inevitable socio-political change in Pakistan, to empower the Pakistani , the country belongs to.
Since the creation of Pakistan the Pakistani people are left at distant from the corridor of power so that the ruling elite can do what they wanted to do in favour of their interest, leaving the Pakistani people at the mercy of circumstances. As this policy is denial of right of Pakistani people to rule their country according to their aspiration and desire to built this country, which can provide equal opportunity to all without any discrimination for the establishment of welfare society. Only the society base on tolerance, equality and justice can be the real guarantee for the prosperous and strong Pakistan there for your intention is invited to the crucial movement which could be the point of distraction or disaster.
We have already lost the major part of Pakistan in 1971 simply to save the centralised sole power to exploit this country by the ruling elite they let the country break in part then allowing the masses to rule this country democratically. In the present circumstances we are again dragging our sovereignty at stake for the external interest in the name of national interest, instead of our interest i.e. the interest of Pakistani people at large. Mr.Musharaf is not a problem not the restoration of chief justice will make any difference but it is the prevailing socio-political system (where in transparency and accountability can not be established) responsible for all this mess need to be change for prosperity of Pakistani otherwise exploitation and injustice will continue to exist in one form or the other. Pakistani are deprived from their right to rule this country since last 60 years.
The only way out of these crucial circumstances is to empower the common Pakistani at grass route level i.e. the change of system. This change is inevitable for the prosperous Pakistan .As a citizen of this country I have try to provide an alternate socio-political system to empower the masses at grass route level for rapid industrial and agriculture development with transparency and accountability in the system. Along with basic guarantees for the creation of welfare state, where in public representative and institution shall be answerable and accountable to the masses.

ISLAMABAD: The de facto ruler of the Punjab, Mian Shahbaz Sharif, has practically shot down an official junket of his party’s makeshift chief minister of the province, and his entourage of 20 MPA friends, to Europe .
it was also said that the chief minister has expressed his willingness that all of the expenses would be paid by the Government of Punjab. The embassy of Pakistan was not consulted by the chief minister before accepting the invitation and sending the consent, Chaudhry confirmed.

Khawaja Saheb,
What has changed after the election. Do we have democracy in the country. There is none. Zardari and nawaz sharif have simply replaced Musharraf. Are Zardari and Sharif representative of people. No they do not have a single vote to their name. But no matter what decision needs to be taken is decided by Zardari and Nawaz. Prime Minister and members of his cabinet have absolutely no power. They need to ask the two non representatives for their decision. It is not just the judiciary issue, but the selection of Prime Minister was decided by Zardari and Nawaz Sharif. Members iof Parliaments had no say in these decisions. Even the most recent nomination of Naveed Qamar as Finance Minister was made by Zardari-He nominated Naveed Qamar.
This is game of puppetry where puppeteers are not the people as in democracy but a few as in feudalism. Get rid of the feudals only then democracy will prosper in Pakistan. Otherwise, be prepared to receive more Military Rulers, undemcratic democrats like Sharif and Zardari, and spineless parliamentarians.
100% agree with brother pervez /wise thinking

@ Najmi
You are blindfolded, and are not ready to accept realities just like your ideal. Who cannot learn to listen contructive criticism is the biggest failure are never popular or successful because they dont mend their ways. The people of Pakistan are an intelligent bunch of people who know how to use their power of vote.
I wanted to tell you another thing. PPP and PML(N) won the election on the agenda of ‘GO MUSHARRAF GO’ and ‘Restoration of Judges’, but sadly PPP has gone back to its commitment which it made on several television channels and during their rallies along with the lawyers.
You can find the clip of Talat Hussain’s show where she showed numerous clips of PPP leaders committing themselves to restore the judges and kick the PCO judges out of court. They are going back to the promises due to which they won the elections.
Najmi, point out the good work or projects done by Musharaf with facts and sources.
Lets see…..
22 kabool Shah // May 16, 2008 at 9:18 pm
Mr. Abdul Basit.
I do not like to be personal about the leaders. the point i was making was that we should first be very clear about the vision of the future Pakistan. We should be able to see it in color and than create public awarenes to take on a government if things are not moving in the right direction. Calling names is not constructive. Musharaf is history but it will be a slow fade out and not a drop scene. If this is a transition period to democracy things will seem strange.
Why should we not trust the politicians. They have five years to show their performance - havent they. So where is the fire.
There are plenty of good works that were started in Mushrafs time but almost all of them were concieved earlier. But they were started during his time. He has to go because democracy has to come . It will be upto him how he decides to do the last scene of the last act.
and Can we Let these poor rich guys (Nawaz and Zardari) do their job in peace.

The judges are heroes because they refused to take oath under PCO. Do you know which other judges refused to take oath under PCO.
1. Justice Saeed-uz-zaman . He was the judge who unethically and illegally removed his Chief Justice because they belonged to different groups in the Judiciary and he saw an opportunity to become CJ
2. Justice Anwar-ul-Haq whe gave supreme court cover to Dictator Zia and who upheld the sentence of death of ZAB in what is known as a judicial murder.

It is not a question of Iftikhar Ch but who will appoint the CJP. The people or a hidden hand. On the 11June the caravan of justice will start from Lahore after reaching the High Court from Multan.
Ch Aitzaz Ahsan was at a wedding on the 19th in Lahore and the entire crowd was revolving around him to join the long March. There will be 4000 cars and more. The people /civil society will not let Asif Zardari make any compromise with a tin can soldier/dictator on the restoration of judiciary. It is expected that the journey will take 24 hours so we have arranged for icebox with food. We are all willing to go to jail. The jail will be like heavens to us because we have a cause. Dear Sir/Madam,
IF YOU REALLY LOVE PAKISTAN AND PAKISTANI?
I appreciate your feeling for Pakistan and Pakistani but unfortunately you too, expecting to control sole centralize power in your hand so that you can solve the public grievances as you too did in the past.. ? like other politician did in last 60 years. However you want to show the people that you are the only sympathizer for them but are you prepared to share power with common people..? Or you don’t want to trust the people as almost every one politician did in Pakistan .As most politicians pretending to be loyal to the people and talking about the public interest at large but nobody want the people to share the power .If you dare to decentralize the sole power to empower the masses at grass route level ,so that common Pakistani could be involved in decision making process and decide the fate of their own future. Without depending on corrupt feudal politician. Mr.Nawaz Sharif you are the only one who can dare to raise the voice for the voiceless to empower the common Pakistani and decentralize the sole power at the centre normally misused by the one person or few of them ,exploiting the national resources for making millions and billions leaving the Pakistani behind with hope for better to come?
You are investing your all strengths only to remove or impeachment of Mr.Musharaf and reinstatement of chief justice fine but will that be enough to settle public grievances of Pakistani and Pakistan .How will you solve the socio-economic and political anomaly without change of socio-political system in Pakistan
Al-Might Allah, has given you a strength and power to do right things in a patriotic way ,why don’t you do that ,If you to ,not committed to protect external interest and want the public representative and institution should be transparent and answerable to the masses. Please let the people of Pakistan to share the power and decide their own destiny. Hope you will think for decentralization of power at grass route level .

49 nehl abbasi // Jun 1, 2008 at 9:59 am
dont worry mr.baloch,
me and kabool wil do everything u mentioned above once v cum in power.
50 Kabool // Jun 1, 2008 at 3:54 pm
I could not stay away from this one. I have to come to the support of my prime minister.
the empowerment of the people is a many step revolution. the first step is to empower the prime minister and the parliament. To reduce the politicians to human size and to change the culture of fear and respect into the culture of love and respect for the people in power. To replace the people who take power by people who we put into power. To assert once and for all that authority is subservient to legality and morality and thus to the people. When we say we will do it we are only showing our passion to see the world change for the good and not some delusion of grandeur. And when an “I” turns into a “we” it shows that the passion is shared.
51 Kabool // Jun 1, 2008 at 3:58 pm

John McCain will be the next president of usa ,
& our goverment will feel more presure from america.so wat shall we do as a citizens of pakistan
125 nehl abbasi // Jun 13, 2008 at 9:51 am
i think Barack Obama is going to be the next president although i hate him as he is a big threat to pak..
McCain on the other hand has very few chances of winning as he is from Bush’s cabinet which is not very popular cz of the baghdad war,,
Hillary Clinton is the best choice for president as she comparitively has a softer view for the muslim world.
so i support H.Clinton and hope she wins.
