United Progressive Panel Win the Pakistani Journalists Association UK Elections 2010 - Abbas Malik elected Presedent

Dear All

It is to inform you that an eminent Pakistani journalist in Midlands UK and a real progressive “Abbas Malik” has won the election of President Pakistani Journalist Association UK. Abbas is associated with the largest Urdu multimedia Jung Group London and is based in Birmingham UK.

Elections were held on 23rd January 2010 another historic date in the PJA calendar. This was the day when Pakistani Journalists given another opportunity to elect those who really believe in the PJA and its constitution, which states:

“PJA shall exist and function as an organization of journalists for the purpose of safeguarding and promoting the right and interests of its members in all matters concerning the collection transmission and publication of news and views and take action on matters affecting their profession and welfare.”

We congratulate Abbas Malik and his fellows for this historic victory.
