ISLAMABAD–Police say a British man suspected of plotting to blow up U.S.-bound airliners has escaped after appearing at an extradition hearing.
The British government had asked Pakistan to extradite Rashid Rauf, 25, to London, where he is wanted in connection with the murder of his uncle in 2002.
