ISLAMABAD, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) — Pakistan has released 2,657 Indian prisoners while India has freed 827 Pakistani prisoners since 2003, Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesman Muhammad Sadiq said Wednesday.
